Do I need to buy any special equipment or gym gear?
No. You can wear anything that allows for good freedom of movement, like fitness clothing or just leggings and a t-shirt, and also supportive gym trainers. I recommend bringing a water bottle and small towel if possible.How often should I be training with you?
To get the best results, we should train together 1-2 times each week, although it could be more or less than this depending on your personal circumstances. By combining our sessions with with your own workouts, you could expect to work out every other day.Can you help with nutrition?
Yes. I am a qualified nutritional advisor. Nutrition plays a role in any exercise programme. I also recommend you visit my blog for nutrition guidance and ideas.
What if I am running late or have to cancel at short notice?
Don't worry, it happens! Just contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help. Full details are in the Client-Trainer Agreement.

What if I have a medical issue?
We will complete a short Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire together prior to starting your programme of exercise. The questionnaire is designed to identify the small number of individuals for whom physical activity might be inappropriate, or those individuals who should seek medical advice prior to commencing a programme of physical exercise.
