Hello! I'm Venetia.
Resistance training, core work and cardio exercise has been instrumental in supporting my recovery from a heart condition and also in controlling lower back pain, and this direct experience gives me unique insight into how to help others.
I am also a mother so I understand the changes that occur in a woman's body pre and postnatally, and the need to adapt exercise techniques accordingly.
My motto is "Strong body, Strong mind" and its something I strive to help all my clients to achieve.
