Below are some of my basic workouts that make a good starting point for your tailored exercise programme
Core Focus
Whether you want to build a 6-pack, improve your posture or help reduce back pain, there are so many reason to strengthen your core.
This workout combines core exercises and pilates movements, with no boring sit-ups!
Little Black Dress Workout
Do you have a dress to fit into, or a special event coming up?
As as well as toning your whole body, this workout focusses on increasing arm and leg shape by increasing muscle definition.
Runner's Workout
Here I target specific muscles to improve running performance.
Strengthening your core will improve running posture. I also include specific resistance training that strengthens the knees and stretching for common running problems like a tight Iliotibial band.
Basic Strength Training
Here I combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
Strength & Cardio Circuit
Advanced Strength Training
In this advanced workout you’ll learn how to handle heavier weights safely, properly do a deadlift, squat, and bench press and set realistic strength goals.
A perfect morning workout. During this short group session, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.
